Wednesday Worship
Wednesday, 7:00 p.m.: English worship service, "WWW in Jesus."(We Worship on Wednesday) Especially, people who cannot attend weekend services can come to worship the Lord together! From 1/20, we will host English Alpha course! But the first week of every month, we will have a regular service with message and communion.

Sunday Worship
Every Sunday, 10:00 a.m.: English worship service, with simultaneous translation into Japanese available through wireless receivers as well as Japanese sign language interpretation for the deaf. Fellowship time afterwards on the third floor.

Saturday Worship
Saturday evening at 6:30 p.m.: Completely bilingual worship service - songs and message in both Japanese and English. Great for people who work on Sunday, people who want to hear both languages, or for "night people".

Children's Sunday School
Every Sunday, 10:15-11:30 a.m.: At 10:00 a.m. please take your children with you to the main worship service on the first floor. After the first praise song time, the children will go to Sunday School.
Junior (age 3 through elementary school): OCC Rooms 301 and 302, weekly
(2-year-old children may also attend if accompanied by a parent)
Senior (junior high and high school): OCC Room 407, about once a month |
Sunday Morning Prayer
Every Sunday, 8:30-9:00 a.m.: A chance to spiritually prepare for the Sunday worship service and to intercede for the people serving and the people attending.

Friday Prayer
Every Friday, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.: Intercede for newcomers to OIC, prayer requests written on Share & Communicate cards, and other knowns needs in the congregation.

Nara Small Group English Bible Study in James
2nd & 4th Saturday, 7:00 p.m.: (English) Read the Book of James and discuss it.

Japanese Study in Hebrews
Thursday, 7:30 p.m.: Come and learn with us! We will study Hebrews, and through Hebrews, we will look at the Old Testament also and learn how God has worked through all of history to bring us into a wonderful relationship with Him through Jesus Christ.

Biblical Perspectives on "The Shack"
3rd Saturday, 5:00 p.m.: (English) We discuss the book "The Shack" from the perspective of the Bible, pray for each other's needs, and eat a potluck dinner together.

Filipino & Friends Bible Study
1st & 3rd Sundays, 1:00-3:00 p.m.: (English) If you are a Filipino, a friend of a Filipino, or want to become the friend of a Filipino, this is the place to be!

Women's Home Sharon-kai
1st Sunday, 1:00-3:00 p.m.: (Bilingual) We eat obento lunches together (you can buy one at Family Mart across the street), sing praise songs, discuss a topic led by a different lady each month, and pray for each other.

Reading & Discussing Paul's Letters
Every Thursday, 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.: (Bilingual) Each week we listen to an English tape of one chapter from Paul's letters, read the scripture in both English and Japanese, and then discuss it.

Study in Acts w/Video
Every Wednesday, 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.: (Video in English, discussion bilingual) We watch a video of the Book of Acts, discuss it, and learn how to apply it to our daily lives.

Japanese Study in Matthew w/Video
1st & 3rd Saturdays, 2:00-4:00 p.m.: (Japanese) While watching a video of the Gospel of Matthew, we have fun studying the Bible at Chiwa's house. You can freely discuss and ask questions.

2nd & 4th Sundays, 12:00-1:00 p.m.: 7/12 off (Japanese) Through the Gospel of John, we learn about ever-present questions like, "What sort of existence is God?" "What is our purpose in living?"

4th Sunday, 1:00-3:00 p.m.: A monthly meeting for understanding and communicating Bible truth. Recommended for anyone who wants to share the gospel more effectively. (Conducted in English or Japanese depending on the topic.)
